Pat's shared passion for community service and the healthcare industry prompted him to start Egan at Home in early 2022.  After 17 years in the healthcare industry managing and operating home health, hospice, durable medical equipment, and healthcare staffing agencies Pat realized that the ever changing healthcare field was needing a Home Care provider in the New Orleans/Metro area. Egan at Home was started to assist seniors and the disabled in their own homes, where they find most comfort. His drive and dedication to provide quality ongoing training to each of his employees reflects in the QUALITY care each of our clients receives everyday.

Joseph plays a daily role in the operations of Egan at Home, focused on the quality training each employee receives and the complete satisfaction of care from every client.  Josephs hands on training in the field, and behind the desk provide him with a complete understanding of each employees role that helps him maintain the quality staff our clients have come to know and trust.  He believes the time and effort we invest into each of your employees,  not only helps our employees grow and learn but also creates the unmatched quality care Egan provides everyday.  He is dedicated to continue his home care journey providing education and exceptional care to each employee and client.
